What if the package is incomplete or incorrect?

Every order is packed with care at In the rare occasion that your package is incomplete or incorrect, just complete the Return Form within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will process your request within 2 business days and get in touch with you for the next steps. We ask you to please keep the original packaging until we complete your replacement.


What if the content(s) of my package is damaged?

We are sorry to hear that your item is damaged on its way to you. Rest assured that we will replace your order right away at no charge. Just complete the Return Form within 24 hours upon receiving your order and we will send you a free replacement. We ask you to please keep the damaged item in its original packaging until we complete your replacement.


What if I change my mind about the order?

All plant sales are final as these are live plants. For all items except for live plants, please complete the Return Form within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will process your return. Return items must be unopened and in original condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method so you will be notified when your package has safely arrived at our location.


How long does it take to process my return/exchange?

We process all return/exchange within 2 business days upon receiving your return form or package. Please note that shipping can take 5-10 business days for replacement orders.


What is your shop policy?

Since these are live plants and we have a large number of plants at the greenhouse, all plants will vary in size and may not look exactly as pictured. Please understand that every plant is unique in nature so they will look different from plant to plant. Certain colors will only show when the plant is blushing or blooming. Some pictures would should a blushing or blooming for reference but the plant you receive may not be blushing as they are always changing. Please note that dry tips, broken leaves, dry plants, etc are normal and occur in every live plant. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for all exchanges and returns unless otherwise agreed. All live plants need to be returned in the original condition. Although problems rarely occur in our shipments, the customer must understand that all plants are shipped at buyer’s risk. is not responsible for damages that occur in shipping: i.e. freezing, heat damage, breakage, delays, etc. These claims must be filed with the carrier.
